September - February - This is our core enrollment window. The majority of families have applied and are in process for admission.
February 14 - Deadline for tuition assistance application.
March 7 - Admission decisions are shared with families, along with tuition assistance awards, if applicable.
Rolling Admissions - Our process can also adapt to individual family timelines across the year, where cohort size allows. Please get in touch.
Tuition and Fees
$25,000 annual tuition
$340 materials fee
$475 Friends of Sycamore fee (covers yearbook, events, teacher appreciation)
~$1,500 outdoor education trips for 4th and 5th grades
Fundraising
Like other private schools, tuition doesn't fully cover our costs. We rely on fundraising to enhance our unique learning environment and build our strong Sycamore community.
While fundraising goals vary yearly based on needs, our main focus is 100% participation from parents, board members, and staff. We host two annual events: the Fall ask campaign and the Spring gala & auction.
Tuition assistance
We are committed to creating an inclusive student body and broadening socioeconomic diversity by providing needs-based financial aid to qualified students. Candidates are admitted to Sycamore School based on established admission criteria, regardless of family financial circumstances.
Sycamore School partners with TADS and SSS in determining eligibility.
